Electrical Maintenance Engineer

St Helens

Monday to Friday: Days

£45,000, rising after completion of probation + Excellent benefits

You'll play a key role in keeping fast‑paced industrial operations running smoothly through a mix of planned and reactive maintenance. Expect variety, autonomy and the chance to work with advanced systems and modern production equipment.

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery

• Responding to electrical breakdowns and completing effective repairs

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and safely

• Ensuring full compliance with on‑site Health & Safety standards

• Supporting project work, line improvements and equipment modifications

• Working with PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and new installations

• Accessing extensive internal and external training to support your development

• Time‑served Electrical Maintenance Engineering experience

• HNC qualification

• Strong industrial engineering background

• Confident electrical fault‑finding skills

• A proactive, team‑focused mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving production environment
