ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

Location: Stowmarket
Basic Salary: £44,075
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm + call‑out rota

R9 are recruiting on behalf of a social housing maintenance company. We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor / QS to support and oversee a team of engineers delivering electrical and compliance work across social housing contracts.

The Role

• Supervise electrical and gas engineers
• Support with technical issues and ensure safe working
• Coordinate jobs and keep projects running smoothly
• Step in to deliver corrective repairs when needed
• Communicate clearly with clients and residents
• Lead by example and promote teamwork

What You Need

• Supervisory experience in electrical engineering (social housing preferred)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs
• Good customer service approach

Essential:

• 18th Edition
• C&G 2391 (or equivalent)
• AM2
• NVQ Level 3

Desirable:

• Heating system wiring
• NICEIC QS
• Social housing experience
