Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Newtown

Permanent Full Time

£45K to £50K Negotiable depending experience.

RSW are looking to recruit a multi skilled maintenance engineer for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newtown, Powys. From preventative maintenance to problem-solving on the line, you’ll play a key role in keeping their machinery running smoothly carrying out maintenance, tackling breakdowns and driving continuous improvements.

Requirements

• A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience in engineering within a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with engineering schematics, both electrical and mechanical
• A methodical approach to working with impeccable record-keeping
• Knowledge of power tools, welding equipment, and precision instruments wouold be advantageous
• Computer literacy
• Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right
