Sales Development Representative (SDR)

£30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the wider sales team in driving revenue growth. • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, arranging meetings for senior sales and business development professionals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
• Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximise lead generation activity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system
• Keep informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and developments within the IT and cybersecurity sectors

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales role is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
• Interest in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM platforms would be beneficial

• £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure
