We're recruiting for a growing business technology provider with more than 30 years' experience supporting customers across Dorset and Hampshire.

The opportunity

You'll join a friendly technical support team, helping business customers resolve their everyday IT issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer IT enquiries by telephone, email and support tickets

• Diagnosing and resolving common hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues

• Providing remote support to business users

• Escalating more complex problems to experienced engineers

• Keeping customers updated and maintaining accurate support records

• Developing your technical knowledge through practical experience

What we're looking for

You might be an IT graduate, an apprentice completing your training or someone with around a year's experience in a support environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• A genuine interest in IT and technology

• Some practical knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft 365

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A logical approach to problem-solving

• A willingness to learn and develop

Previous helpdesk experience would be beneficial, but you don't need to know everything already.
