Teacher of A Level History | Temporary | Chelmsford

Start: As soon as possible
Pay: £174.71 to £240.72 per day, depending on experience, equivalent to M1 to M6.

Think Education Partners is recruiting a Teacher of A Level History for an outstanding school in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a subject specialist seeking an interim role, with an urgent start available.

The school offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to put your History expertise to use while maintaining the flexibility of a temporary position.

You will plan and deliver engaging A Level History lessons, assess students’ progress and support their preparation for examinations, developing their confidence in historical analysis, debate and essay writing.

We are looking for someone with:

• Qualified Teacher Status.

• Experience teaching History at A Level.

• Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of A Level assessment requirements.

• Availability to start at short notice.

Due to the urgency of this appointment, applicants must hold an enhanced child workforce DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service.
