Job Description:

Account Coordinator (Part-Time) - Gi Group - Galway

Contract: Fixed Term (6 months) – strong likelihood of extension (business dependent)
Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week
Location: Galway (branch-based)

Salary: €19,200 – €21,000 (DOE)

Gi Group are delighted to be recruiting an Account Coordinator for our Galway branch. This role is ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing administration, and ensuring excellent client and candidate support within a recruitment and workforce management setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting Account Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks

• Assisting with financial processes including data entry, payroll, invoicing and reporting

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation across systems and databases

• Responding to client and candidate queries in a timely, professional manner

• Monitoring account activity and flagging issues/discrepancies as needed

• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and workflows

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
