Account Director – Integrated Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Executive Package

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a prestigious large-scale static site in London.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing a high-profile client environment, responsible for both Hard FM and Soft FM services across a complex and demanding operation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, client engagement, operational performance, and long-term strategic growth.

We are seeking a commercially driven and inspirational FM leader who can operate confidently at executive level while maintaining a strong operational presence on site.

The Role

As Account Director, you will hold full responsibility for the overall account performance, leading large operational teams and managing all aspects of service delivery across engineering, maintenance, cleaning, security, workplace, front-of-house and associated support services.

You will act as the senior point of contact for the client, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, compliance excellence, and continuous improvement across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of a large integrated FM contract
• Oversee delivery across both Hard and Soft FM services
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, forecasting and commercial objectives
• Ensure compliance across statutory, health & safety and contractual requirements
• Lead, develop and inspire large multi-disciplinary site teams
• Deliver innovation, efficiencies and enhanced workplace experiences
• Act as the senior escalation point across the account
