The Role
We are currently recruiting for a confident and driven B2B Account Manager to join a well-established business based in Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
* Act as the main point of contact for all client queries and requests
* Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
* Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
* Resolve issues efficiently using a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
* Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems

About You
* Previous experience in a B2B account management, sales, or customer service role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
