Account Manager
£29,000 – £32,000 + Up to 10% Bonus

Here at Service Care Solutions, we are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage the successful delivery of MSP, Master Vendor, and Neutral Vendor recruitment contracts. This is an office-based role with some UK Travel Required
In your role you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, managing supplier relationships, achieving KPIs/SLAs, and supporting clients with effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance
- Produce client reports, business reviews, and management information
- Resolve operational issues and escalations
- Support contract growth and identify additional service opportunities
- Deliver training and support on systems and processes
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
