Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious New Business Account Manager to join their expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospect through to close.
• Develop strong relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions.
• Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop bespoke proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or account management.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Eager to develop a long-term career within the IT and technology sector.
