Job Description:

Accounts Manager

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and will have strong knowledge across day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Tracking payments and outstanding balances
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Credit control and payment allocation
• Processing expenses
• Assisting with month-end accounts
• Monitoring cash movements and transactions
• General accounts administration
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Providing accurate financial information to the Group Finance Manager

The role is primarily focused on accurate day-to-day accounts management. More complex financial matters, including cashflow forecasting and higher-level financial analysis, will be managed by the Group Finance Manager.
