Job Description:

• We are looking to recruit a Admin Apprentice to join our friendly team in Grimsby. The successful candidate will learn to facilitate office organisation and perform administrative duties with supportive training, becoming a crucial backbone to the operation of the business.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch

37.5 hours a week

What you’ll do at work

• Providing office support including customer and employee support
• Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
• Keeping computer databases up to date
• Interacting with clients and associates either on the phone, in person or via email
• Answering phones and connecting calls to the correct consultant/department
• Taking phone messages and passing them on
• Collecting and inputting company data
• Taking ownership of queries to resolution
