Location: Hybrid Working – Worcestershire Pay: £13.05 per hour PAYE Hours: 25 hours per week (Part-Time) Contract: Temporary (1 June 2026 – 31 August 2026)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys providing high-quality customer service and supporting the delivery of valuable community services. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of parks, greenspaces and allotment services.
## The Role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and customer support, acting as a key point of contact for residents, tenants and stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team.

We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office. A professional and positive approach to dealing with enquiries. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.### Desirable
