We’re recruiting for opportunities across Vulnerable Adults and Learning Disabilities teams, supporting people with a range of needs in residential and other care settings.
 
What’s on offer?
 

• Competitive salary scale, based on your experience – Between £39,000 - £47,000
• 25–30 days’ annual leave, depending on recognised service.
• 11 months fixed term contract
• Relocation allowance of up to £700 towards flights and moving personal belongings or furniture.

The role
 
You’ll manage a diverse caseload with varying levels of complexity, helping safeguard adults and promote their welfare, independence and wellbeing.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Managing resources effectively to meet service users’ needs.
• Providing ongoing advice and support to care staff in residential settings.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities across different care environments.
• Responding flexibly to individual needs while maintaining high standards of practice.

 
What you’ll need
 

• A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification: CQSW, CSS or DipSW.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• At least three years’ experience in a social care setting.

 
Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with learning disabilities, relevant additional training and flexibility around working hours would be advantageous.
