Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer (Full Time, Permanent)
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

We're looking for an experienced Aeronautical or Avionics Engineering professional to join our college in Newcastle as a full-time Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity to move from industry into education and inspire the next generation of engineers.

No teaching qualification? No problem - we'll fully fund it for you.

You'll deliver engaging teaching to learners studying Levels 1-3 in Aeronautical Engineering, combining classroom-based theory with practical workshop sessions.

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1-3 Aeronautical Engineering programmes
• Plan and deliver lessons that meet a range of learning needs
• Support and guide students to achieve their qualifications and career goals
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

• NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical or Avionics Engineering (minimum)
• Relevant industry experience
• A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Teaching qualification (desirable, but not essential - fully funded)

• £30,000 - £40,000 salary
