Air Conditioning Engineer

£47,000 Basic + Company Van (Private Use) + Overtime + Call Out

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services provider working across a prestigious leisure contract throughout London.

The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns and remedial works across a portfolio of leisure facilities.
You will be working on a range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and responding efficiently to service calls when required.

Equipment Worked On

• VRV / VRF systems
• Split systems
• Multi-split systems
• Associated air conditioning plant and controls

Duties

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown diagnosis and repair
• Remedial and small works
• Fault finding and system diagnostics
• Completion of service reports and compliance paperwork
• Liaising with site teams and contract management

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• FGAS Category 1 qualification
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
