Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: North West London, Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Working Arrangement: Field based
Employment Type: Permanent

The Air Conditioning Engineer required in for our client, a specialist operating within the HVAC & Building Services industry. They're looking for an air conditioning engineer, to carry out the, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems, as well as additional building services works as and when required. You will troubleshoot issues, carry out routine servicing, in a mobile role working from West London. out towards Hertfordshire.

The Air Conditioning Engineer, must be multi-skilled with building services experience, carrying out other duties such as basic plumbing and electrical works, where qualified. The engineer must hold their F-Gas Cat1.

Air Conditioning Engineer Job Overview

• Maintain various HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, and ducted air conditioning equipment.
• Carrying out other general building services works, when required
• Covering an area, from West London out towards Hertfordshire

Air Conditioning Engineer Job Requirements

• F-Gas qualification
• 5+ years experience working on air conditioning
• Additional experience / qualifications in another building services discipline, e.g. electrical or plumbing
• Based within commutable distance of patch
• Full UK driving license
