Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire (Local Patch)
Salary: Up to
£50,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer for a well-established and growing HVAC business with an excellent reputation for quality, customer service and investing in its engineers. They work across a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts, including schools, universities and other commercial buildings, providing long-term job stability and varied work.

The Role
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a local patch across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
The role is predominantly focused on service, planned preventative maintenance and fault finding/repair of air conditioning systems, with occasional installation work when required.
This is a genuine Monday to Friday position with
no on-call rota and no weekend working, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a range of commercial air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely.
- Undertake servicing and reactive maintenance across customer sites.
- Complete occasional installation and small works.
- Produce accurate service reports and paperwork.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service whilst representing the business professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with current health and safety standards.
Requirements The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' solid experience working on commercial air conditioning systems.
- Strong service, maintenance and fault-finding experience.
- Experience with equipment such as split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF and heat pumps.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when working on customer sites.
Package
- Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
