Airside Operative – Landscape Maintenance / Interior Plants

Location: Dartford Yard (with work at Heathrow Airport)
Salary: Around £32,000 per year

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Airside Operative to join our team based from our Dartford yard, supporting works at Heathrow Airport.

This role would suit someone with experience in landscape maintenance and/or interior plants and flowers, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance works across airport sites
• Care and maintenance of interior plants and floral displays
• General horticultural and grounds maintenance duties
• Working safely within airside environments
• Driving company vehicles between sites as required

Essential Requirements

• Valid Heathrow Airside Pass
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Experience

• Landscape maintenance experience
• Interior plants or floristry knowledge
• Horticultural background
