Asbestos Surveyor -  BOHS P402

Up to £44,000 + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits 

London & Home Counties 

A leading Environmental Compliance Consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team, covering a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveyor looking for varied work, long-term stability and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Collect bulk samples to be taken in for analysis 
• Work across a variety of commercial and industrial properties
• Produce detailed and accurate asbestos survey reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships on site

The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:

• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, with exposure to commercial sites
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across London, Home Counties and occasionally Kent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
