Location: Berinsfield
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Sub-Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Berinsfield. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.

As a Sub-Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, testing and inspection of sub-assemblies, ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture sub-assemblies in line with production requirements.

• Carry out testing and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow work instructions, procedures and production schedules.

• Use workshop hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.

• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Support other areas of the manufacturing process when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An understanding of workshop hand tools and power tools.

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• The ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• A positive, can-do attitude.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• A reliable approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Experience reading technical drawings or following detailed work instructions would be advantageous.
