Role – Assistant Landscape Architect
Location – Glasgow
Salary - £30K
Our client, a growing environmental consultancy is looking for a Assistant Landscape Architect who is particularly interested in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to build strong technical skills and gain practical project experience.
This role will give you the chance to work on a really interesting mix of projects across the UK. Typical work includes renewable energy developments such as wind farms and hydro schemes, along with electricity transmission and grid infrastructure projects. There may also be opportunities to contribute to energy storage proposals, marine and coastal work, and occasionally transport or wider infrastructure schemes. It’s a great way to build early career experience while gaining an understanding of how different types of development sit within and affect the landscape.
