A growing construction consultancy in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to gain further exposure across high-quality residential and hotel projects while progressing their career within a supportive consultancy environment. The successful Assistant Project Manager will work closely with experienced senior professionals on projects from inception through to completion across the North West.
This consultancy is looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager with previous consultancy experience and a genuine interest in residential and hospitality developments. The incoming Assistant Project Manager will gain valuable client exposure, hands-on project involvement, and structured professional development within a collaborative and fast-growing team environment.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The successful Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of residential and hotel projects across all project stages. Responsibilities will include assisting with programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, reporting, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior team members while developing their technical and client-facing abilities within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Projects are expected to include residential developments, apartment schemes, and hospitality-led projects across Manchester and the wider North West region.
