Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Kelso, Scotland

Salary / Rate of pay: £32,000 per annum + Gratuities

• £32,000 per annum.

What's involved? As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager and F&B Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation. You will lead, inspire, and train the team from the front, ensuring a seamless, 5-star dining experience.
