Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new-build housing development.

The role will be heavily focused on snagging and finishing plots, ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.

• Carrying out snagging inspections across plots
• Identifying defects and ensuring works are rectified
• Managing finishing trades and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality of workmanship
• Driving outstanding works through to completion
• Preparing plots for CML and customer handover
• Re-inspecting completed snagging works
• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site

• Previous new-build housing experience
• Strong snagging and finishing experience
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Confident managing and pushing trades
• Valid CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid preferred
