Salary: £25,506 | Hours: 37.5 per week

What You Will Do

• Support with medication and personal care with dignity
• Encourage daily living skills like cooking, cleaning and budgeting
• Organise activities and community outings
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Follow personalised support plans

What We Need

• Full UK driving licence
