Associate/AD Building Surveyor role in West End London offering £70,000 - £90,000 plus 15% bonus. This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working, focused on technical due diligence and project delivery across commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions
• Lead projects through full lifecycle to completion
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
• Provide advice across development and investment assets
• Support revenue generation and service growth

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• MRICS with post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in technical due diligence or project delivery
• Proven consultancy and client-facing background
• Commercial awareness with ability to develop client relationships
