As an Associate, you will play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers a strong balance of professional and project-led work across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services
• Leading and managing projects from inception through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors
• Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the business

• MRICS qualified (essential)
• Proven experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong technical knowledge across both professional services and project work
• Experience managing clients and delivering high-quality outputs
• Confident communicator with leadership capabilities
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
