An Associate Building Surveyor opportunity within a commercial consultancy delivering professional surveying instructions across central London commercial assets. The role focuses on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and ESG-led refurbishment schemes. This position includes client ownership, fee responsibility and oversight of junior surveyors within an established commercial team. Permanent role with hybrid working arrangements.
