A senior Building Surveying opportunity with real scope to lead, influence and grow.

A well-established consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director of Building Surveying to join its growing team in Cardiff.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to take on a senior position with a varied project portfolio, strong client exposure and the chance to play a key role in developing both projects and people.

Working across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial property, retail, energy and the public sector, you'll be involved in some of the UK's most interesting and high-profile schemes, while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams.

The role would suit someone who combines strong technical Building Surveying expertise with commercial awareness, leadership capability and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
