Job Description:

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy in Cornwall at Associate Director or Director level.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys building client relationships, developing business opportunities and having a genuine influence over the direction of a regional operation. You'll be joining a respected business with an established client base and a strong presence across the South West.

The position offers the freedom to shape your own workload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of professional surveying instructions
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients across the region
• Developing new business opportunities and referral networks
• Strengthening existing client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced surveyors
• Helping drive the growth and success of the regional team
• Maintaining high professional and technical standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• MRICS qualifed
• A strong track record within private practice or consultancy
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and business development capability
• Experience managing clients and generating fee income
• Ambition to play a significant role within a growing regional business
