Job Description:

A long-standing property and construction consultancy are adding an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to their London Quantity Surveying team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Director is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent who is comfortable with and enjoys project delivery as you will be working on a mix of fire remediation, residential, and retrofit works.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also manage a small QS team whilst also undertaking a client facing role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred, but not essential
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Employers Agent experience would be ideal
• Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority project exposure
• Client facing
• Management experience
