We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer with the necessary skill and experience to be able to carry out. preventative and remedial maintenance on a wide range of audio visual and videoconferencing installations installed in commercial and Government buildings.
This is a field service role involving travel to client sites within London and the Southern Counties but please note there may be the occasional national coverage.

Your duties as Audio Visual Customer Support:
You will be involved in planning, arranging and attending service visits, providing remote technical support, updating equipment and producing service reports as well as keeping the service records updated and responding to service call outs.
