Business Development Manager – Forecourt | South West
£35,000 basic | £40,000 OTE | Full-time, field-based

Our client is a well-established specialist supplying non-food promotional products to forecourts and convenience stores across the UK and Ireland. Their range changes every month and has a strong reputation for driving retailer margin. They’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the South West.

The role

This is a 50/50 split between new business and account management. You’ll win new forecourt and convenience accounts, from independents to dealer groups and multi-site operators. You’ll also grow and protect an existing customer base. Day to day, you’ll present new promotions, negotiate listings, make sure in-store displays are run to standard, and use sales data to help retailers sell more.

What we’re looking for

• Proven field sales experience in the forecourt sector (essential)
• A track record of winning new business and growing accounts
• Experience in car care, vape or impulse categories would be a real advantage
• Existing contacts across South West forecourt operators are a bonus
• Self-motivated, well organised and confident managing a large territory
• Full UK driving licence
