Pay Scale: £90.00 - £105.00 per day

A supportive Specialist School in Thatcham is looking for a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join their team immediately. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will provide support for pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, and challenging behaviour.

This Behaviour Support Worker role will involve:
* Delivering 1:1 behavioural support
* Encouraging emotional regulation strategies
* Supporting pupils during classroom activities
* Building positive relationships with students
* Collaborating with teachers and support staff
* ASAP start in an accessible location

The ideal Behaviour Support Worker will have experience in education, care, youth work, or mentoring.
