The Role
As Bid Coordinator, you will join an existing bids team and work closely with the Bid Manager, supporting the end-to-end bid process. You will play a key role in coordinating bid submissions, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality, compliant responses.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the bid process from start to finish
• Supporting the Bid Manager on live tenders and proposals
• Managing bid documentation, timelines, and compliance checks
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather required information
• Editing, formatting, and quality-checking bid submissions
• Maintaining bid libraries and records

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bid, proposals, or tendering role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
