Billing Customer Service Advisor

Bradford, Thornbury | Hybrid Working Available | £27,417 - £31,942 + Benefits

We're looking for a Billing Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Billing Team. If you have customer service experience and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

• Handling billing and account enquiries from customers.
• Taking payments and updating account details.
• Supporting customers with payment plans and available support schemes.
• Resolving queries efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and meeting performance targets.

• At least 6 months' customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or equivalent)

Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.

• Salary from £27,417 - £31,942 depending on experience.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Successful candidates must be available for a 5-week, full-time induction programme (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).
