BMS Commissioning Engineer – Data Centre – Paris

We are currently seeking experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers for a major data centre project in Paris.

This is a long-term opportunity for experienced BMS commissioning professionals, with substantial work available across multiple project phases.

You will be responsible for commissioning, testing and troubleshooting BMS and controls systems, working alongside the electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams to deliver fully operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out BMS commissioning activities across the data centre project.
• Test and commission BMS, controls and associated systems.
• Complete point-to-point testing and functional testing.
• Review BMS drawings, sequences of operation and technical specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot controls and communication issues.
• Coordinate with BMS subcontractors and commissioning teams.
• Support integrated systems testing.
• Complete commissioning documentation and test records.
• Assist with snagging and system close-out.
• Liaise with electrical, mechanical and commissioning engineers.
• Ensure systems are commissioned in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Support the successful handover of fully commissioned systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
• Strong experience with BMS/Controls commissioning.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable.
• Experience with functional testing and integrated systems testing.
• Ability to read BMS drawings, schematics and sequences of operation.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with BMS controls, HVAC interfaces and associated systems.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in Paris, France.
• Available to start ASAP.
