BMS Project Manager – Major Projects (Central London)
London (Zone 1 projects) | �� Permanent | �� £57K – £85K + Travel + Bonus + Package

This is an opportunity to join a medium-sized contractor that’s doing seriously impressive work on some of London’s most high-profile buildings. Think Google HQ, Apple HQ, and a current flagship job in Central London. They’ve got 47 live sites in Zone 1, and a track record of delivering top-level control systems for Tier 1 main contractors and large-scale M&E firms.

The Role:

• Full project ownership from design and engineering through to install and commissioning
• Projects average £1.5M — and you’ll typically manage 1 or 2 at a time (never more than 3)
• You’ll be backed by a tight team: Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, and Supervisor — with admin support on the bigger schemes
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and site teams — autonomy and trust are baked into the culture

What We're Looking For:

• Background in BMS, controls, or ELV systems (fire, security, data)
• Client-facing, independent PMs who know how to lead teams and run jobs
• Comfortable delivering on technically demanding MEP packages
• Familiar with building automation, energy controls or integrated systems
• Based within commuting distance to Central London — all travel to site covered
