BMS Project Manager - Data Centre Projects

Are you an experienced BMS professional ready to take ownership of high-profile, technically complex projects? This is an opportunity to join a leading building automation specialist delivering cutting-edge solutions across mission-critical environments in Dublin.

As a BMS Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Building Management System projects within large-scale data centre environments. You'll act as the key point of contact for clients, manage internal engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

• €80,000 - €90,000 basic salary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
• Maintain strong client relationships within the data centre sector
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and risk management

Desired Experience

• Proven experience delivering BMS / Building Automation projects
• Strong understanding of control systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
• Experience working on data centre or other critical environment projects is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
