Job Description:

BMS Project Manager

£55,000-£65,000 + Pension + Bonus + Car + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager with a strong Schneider Electric background to manage BMS projects across commercial and critical environments.

The role:

* Manage BMS projects from design through to completion
* Manage project budgets, programmes and timelines
* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
* Liaise with clients, consultants and site teams
* Oversee BMS installation, commissioning and handover
* Review BMS designs, specifications and project documentation
* Manage variations, costs and project reporting
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
* Support technical issues and project problem-solving
* Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained

Looking for:

* BMS Project Management experience
* Strong Schneider Electric experience
* EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) knowledge
* Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS
* Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
* Strong client and commercial management skills
* Experience delivering commercial or critical environment projects
* Full UK driving licence

Experience with data centres, healthcare or other critical environments would be beneficial.
