Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive bodyshop in Windsor, Berkshire, for the position of Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive body repairs, from initial assessment to final finish
• Conduct paintwork, including spraying and refinishing, to high standards
• Refurbish and repair vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and repair bodywork and paint defects effectively
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow is smooth and client expectations are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bodyshop technician, with multi-skilled capabilities
• Expertise in panel beating, paint spraying, and general body repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair standards and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid automotive qualification or relevant experience within the motor trade
