We're looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to join an exciting business in Hampshire and take ownership of its brand as it enters a major growth phase. As Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of every aspect of the brand, including:

• Develop and deliver the overall brand vision, identity and long-term Strategy
• Create compelling Content that tells authentic stories and builds engagement
• Own the brand voice across every customer touchpoint
• Build organic demand through community, referrals and advocacy
• Develop editorial plans that keep the brand relevant throughout the year
• Measure brand performance through engagement, referrals and organic growth
• Manage agencies or freelancers where they add value
• Work closely with the wider business to deliver a consistent customer experience

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking, including:

• Proven experience building successful brands with strong organic growth
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
• Strong Content creation experience across multiple platforms
• Experience developing and delivering successful brand Strategy
• Confident working in a fast-paced, growing business
• Able to turn customer insight into engaging campaigns
• Passion for food, drink or hospitality would be advantageous
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to develop ideas and deliver them
