As Brand Manager, you will lead the delivery of brand plans designed to strengthen market presence, increase consumer engagement, and support business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, innovations, and commercial initiatives to life while ensuring the brand remains competitive in a FMCG environment.

Description

• Develop and implement brand strategies that support growth, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Analyse consumer, customer, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Work closely with sales, category, and product teams to ensure brand activities align with wider business goals.
• Support the development and launch of new products, from concept through to market introduction.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and brand performance, making recommendations to optimise results.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and updates.
• Contribute to annual brand planning and support longer-term business objectives.

Profile

• Previous experience in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role within FMCG or a consumer-focused industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing activation.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
• Confident working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
