Job Description
- Support the daily operational management of commercial building
- Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and service providers
- Assist with health & safety compliance and site procedures
- Liaise with occupiers regarding building-related matters and service requests
- Monitor service standards across cleaning, security, and facilities operations
- Assist with budgets, reporting, and general administration
- Carry out routine site inspections and identify operational improvements
- Work alongside internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth building operations
Requirements:
- Experience within property, facilities, or building management preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Awareness of health & safety practices
- Competent in standard office software and administrative systems
