Job Overview

Building Regulations Principal Designer job in Reigate, Surrey. This role supports high-risk commercial and residential projects within a growing architectural practice. The successful candidate will manage compliance, pre-construction health and safety responsibilities, and design coordination while working closely with internal teams, clients and enforcing authorities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead Principal Designer responsibilities across projects
• Coordinate pre-construction health and safety matters
• Review project information for regulatory compliance
• Prepare pre-construction information documentation
• Liaise with clients and enforcing authorities

Skills & Experience Required

• ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
• Experience on high-risk building projects
• Strong construction health and safety knowledge
• Ability to review design risk assessments
• AutoCAD or Revit experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
