My Client is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join its growing team and play a key role in delivering some of London's most prestigious construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services professional with a strong background in managing MEP packages throughout the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

The Role

Working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all building services elements across high-profile commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all MEP packages from design through to completion.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, and specifications.
• Drive programme performance and ensure building services activities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and building regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager, or Senior M&E Project Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast-paced project environments.
