Business Development Executive (Field / Industrial Cleaning)

£40,000 - £45,000 + (OTE £50,000 +) + Hybrid + Company Car + Fuel Card + Personal Use + 6% Pension Contribution + 33 Days Holiday + Private Medical and Dental Insurance

Are you a Field Sales Representative, with experience in technical sales, looking to join a specialist manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipment?

On offer is the chance to join a Dutch manufacturer, with the chance to help grow their UK operations. The company designs and supplies specialist machinery used across industrial environments, with a strong focus on high-quality equipment, reliability, and customer service.

You will help develop business across the North East region, from Leeds up to Scotland. This will involve visiting customers, conducting product demonstrations, identifying their requirements, and providing solutions tailored to their applications.

Developing your own leads and maintaining existing customer relationships, you will sell a range of products and services, including industrial cleaning robots and vacuum trucks.

This role would suit a field-based sales professional with experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations, travelling from York up to Scotland
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales activity and market trends
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30, with an average of 1 day in office per month

The Person

• Experience in a Technical Sales role
• Full UK Driving license
