Junior Business Development Executive

 Bristol (Hybrid) | £35,000–£39,000 + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and engaging new B2B prospects through outbound activity.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
• Creating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
• Working closely with internal teams to support business growth.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying commercial opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• A proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Excellent communication, questioning and relationship building skills.
• A motivated, target driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.

Working Pattern

This is a hybrid position based in Bristol, with approximately 50% of your time spent in the office collaborating with colleagues.
